Just a Day

I have nothing to really post about, but I wanted to credit of posting, lol. Yesterday was great… I did my running program and my walk on the inclines treadmill. I also soaked in the tub with some Epsom salts because my legs are SORE. And after today’s two workouts, I am really feeling it. I am looking forward to yoga tomorrow.
